Pharmacy Weight Loss Kirkburton is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight loss consultation and prescription services to patients in Kirkburton, UK. These Terms of Service apply to all users of our service. By using our service, you agree to these terms in full. Last updated: July 2026.

1. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals aged 18 or over who are resident in the United Kingdom. You must complete an honest and accurate medical questionnaire before any consultation or prescription can be provided.

We reserve the right to decline service to any individual where we determine it is not clinically appropriate or safe to do so. Our pharmacists' clinical decisions are final.

2. Prescriptions

All prescriptions issued through our service are provided by a GPhC-registered pharmacist or a qualified prescriber working on our behalf. Prescriptions are issued solely on clinical grounds, based on the information you provide in your consultation.

You must provide accurate and complete medical information. Providing false or misleading information may result in an inappropriate prescription being issued and could be harmful to your health. We accept no liability for harm arising from inaccurate information provided by the patient.

Prescriptions are valid for use only with our pharmacy. We do not issue paper prescriptions for use at third-party pharmacies unless required to do so by law.

3. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider.

Prices displayed on our website include all applicable taxes. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, you will always be informed of the total cost before completing your purchase.

In the event that your consultation is declined by our pharmacist, a full refund will be issued for any medication costs paid. Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.

4. Delivery

Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked postal or courier service to your specified UK address.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect addresses provided by the patient, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery if a signature is required.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order before it has been reviewed by our pharmacist for a full refund. Once a prescription has been issued and your medication has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds, in accordance with medicines legislation and patient safety requirements.

If your medication arrives damaged or is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and, where appropriate, replace or refund the affected item.

To request a cancellation, contact us by email or through our online portal as soon as possible.

6. Medical Disclaimer

The information and services provided by Pharmacy Weight Loss Kirkburton are intended to support, not replace, the relationship between a patient and their GP or primary healthcare provider. We strongly recommend that you keep your GP informed of any weight loss medication you are taking.

Weight loss medications carry potential risks and side effects. Our pharmacists will assess your suitability before prescribing, but it remains your responsibility to read the patient information leaflet supplied with your medication and to seek urgent medical attention if you experience adverse effects.

Our service does not constitute an emergency or out-of-hours medical service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 999 or attend your nearest A&E department.

We handle all personal and medical data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
